Free Shipping in the UAE: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Costs for Orders Outside the UAE: For orders outside the UAE that are below AED 5000, a shipping fee of AED 150 will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch Time: We typically take 1-5 days to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, the courier will take approximately 1-15 days to deliver your order.

Extended Fulfillment Times During Festive Seasons: Please note that during festive or holiday seasons, high order volumes and extended off days for courier companies can increase order fulfillment times by an additional 3-4 days.

Shipment Notifications: You will receive a notification with the shipment tracking number once your order ships from our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, your order will be changed or re-routed and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.
