Free Shipping in the UAE: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Costs for Orders Outside the UAE: For orders outside the UAE that are below AED 5000, a shipping fee of AED 150 will be automatically applied at checkout.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.
